We schedule staff time and office time for each analysis. We only process one specimen at a time. Therefore, we cannot offer a refund if you cancel your appointment with less than 72 hours notice or fail to arrive at the time you requested. If we find that a specimen cannot be analyzed we will notify you and offer a refund or optionally, another time for analysis. If you have any questions please call us at 516-487-2700.
